At stockport timber we have been manufacturing our own deck boards for over 10 years.

Our standard pattern is a full 28mm (32mm nominal) in thickness, which we feel is the optimum size to illiminate bounce and cupping of the board plus the risk of bending & twisting.

Producing our own decking has its advantages :

• Cutting out the ‘middleman’, passing on the savings to you.
• We select only the finest kiln dried timber for this product giving us total control of quality.
• We are able to supply lengths up to 6 metres.

All our softwood decking products are pressure treated with Tanalith E environmentally friendly wood preserver, giving protection not only from the elements, but also fungal decay and insect attack for up to 15 years.
